Dispatch / Delivery / Tracking Information
- We do not offer self-collection.
- We only ship and offer delivery on business days.
- Our courier cut-off time for bookings and dispatch, is 13h30-14h00 (courier dependent) on business days only.
- Orders paid after cutoff time only leave our dispatch the following day.
- We do charge VAT on courier fees as we are charged VAT on these fees by the courier.
- Delivery fees are not a profit centre for our business. We do not have mark up on any delivery costs. We charge customer what we are charged by the courier.
PLEASE NOTE: ON DISPATCH OF ORDERS, FROM OUR PREMISES, THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE COURIER CONTAINING THE TRACKING NUMBER AND UPDATES AS THE PARCEL MOVES THROUGH DELIVERY PROCESS EN-ROUTE TO THE CUSTOMERS GIVEN ADDRESS. SHOULD THE DELIVERY NOT OCCUR WITHIN 48 HOURS OF FAILED DELIVERY FOR REASONS NOT AS A RESULT OF A DISPATCH ERROR ON OUR PART, PARCELS ARE RETURNED TO US AND HELD IN REFRIGERATED STORAGE FOR UP TO 1 MONTH. IF NO COMMUNICATION IS RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER RELATING TO FAILED DELIVERY, PARCEL IS DISCARDED. SHOULD PARCEL NEED TO BE RESHIPPED THIS WOULD BE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. IT IS EXPRESSLY THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY GIVE TO US ON THE ORDER PLACED, THE CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION AND THAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY AS WELL AS TRACKING OF PARCELS ETC.RESCHEDULING AND CORRECTION OF ADDRESS ERRORS OR ANY OTHER ISSUES PERTAINING TO DELIVERY, ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.
Delivery Options
Courier Guy Door to Door - ECO is 3-4 business days (R100 ex vat) or OVN/LOF/LOX is 2-4 business days (R131.30 ex vat)
Postnet - 2-4 day delivery - R110 Ex VAT
Please Note - Business days are defined as follows - Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00, excluding public holidays.
Items received with each order and product storage on delivery
- With each order, you receive free, all water needed for all vials purchased as well as 10 free insulin syringes PER ORDER (NOT PER VIAL), to get you started.
- Additional syringes can be purchased under the peptide consumables section of our website shop if needed.
- All peptide products mixed or unmixed, as well as SARMS need to be kept in the fridge, not the freezer. They must be stored between 4 and 20 degrees celcius.
VAT Information
All prices are excluding VAT. Should you be a registered VAT vendor, when ordering please provide company details to appear on your invoice, and VAT number to appear on invoice.
