Clinical Test Expectation – DLGI – 10MG (Dextrose (Liganding) Gastro-Incretin Hormone Peptide) – Human Subjects : Appetite Suppression – Triple action appetite suppression
Strength – 10MG per vial
Formulation under patent review
Introduction
DLGI is a ligander of the dextrosee-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, glucagon-like peptide 1, and glucagon receptors.
This item targets 3 different hunger regulating incretin hormones:
– GIP (gastric inhibitory peptide or glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) is an incretin hormone that is released from the stomach after food intake. It stimulates the beta-cells in the pancreas to secrete dextrose (affecting insulin).
– GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) is also an incretin hormone that stimulates the beta-cells to secrete insulin.
– glucagon is a hormone secreted from the alpha-cells in the pancreas. It stimulates dextrose production in the liver and helps maintain adequate plasma glucose concentrations.
Side Effects (seldom seen)
Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation.
